THE EDITORIAL EXPERIENCE

Here’s the thing: as a business owner, you are a consummate storyteller - it’s one of your superpowers. However, accessing that superpower can sometimes seem like a mammoth and intimidating task - especially when you’ve got so many other plates to keep spinning.

That's the goal of my Editorial Experience service.

It’s there to give you the confidence and the tools you need to tease out the strands of gold in your messaging, and to help you own your power as a storyteller.

We’ll work together on crafting your brand voice, piecing together the right words until each sentence sings the way it should. As well as full website copy, I’ll create a range of totally bespoke resources for you, so that you can feel confident in creating beautifully on-brand content in the future.

You’ll receive:

  • An initial call to get to know each other and have a good old chat

  • A brand discovery workbook

  • Engaging and atmospheric copy for your website

  • Competitor analysis to help you get clear on your positioning

  • A content calendar to take the faff out of blogging

  • An in-depth editorial style guide to keep you confident and consistently on brand with your tone, every time you sit down to write.

“Working with Jen was an absolute pleasure from start to finish.  I really felt she understood my brand, and took on board what I wanted to say but was struggling to say in my own words.  Jen created the wonderful copy on my website but also my brand voice guidelines, to help me grow and feel more confident in my communications.  Already I can see a difference in the way I'm writing and I always go back to the guidelines as a helpful reference point when I get stuck.  She took a lot of time to go through my work and add real value, showing me what was working well from a copy perspective and what could be improved so I really understood how to make my copy work harder for me. ”
